Welcome to Illusion Weddings! We are honored to be part of your special day.

Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm our services. This advance is non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be settled on the event day or the next day.
Failure to clear the due payment will delay the delivery of your final photographs and videos.

Cancellation Policy
Advance payments are strictly non-refundable, even in the case of accidental or client-initiated cancellations.

Pre-Event Preparation
A pre-event meeting must be scheduled to discuss event details, timings, and creative preferences.
For the best quality and consistency, we recommend having only our photography/videography team at the venue.

Photography & Videography Rights
Illusion Weddings retains the right to edit, modify, process, and publish photographs and videos taken at your event.
All photographs and videos are the intellectual property of Illusion Weddings and are protected by copyright laws.

Delivery & Collection
- Photographs will be delivered within 30 working days from the event date.
- Soft and hard copies can be collected from our office using your own storage device.
- Final delivery via Google Drive; clients must download files within 3 weeks.
- Re-delivery after 2 months incurs a charge of BDT 1,500.
- Video song selection must be provided within 7 days. Video delivery is 30 working days after song receipt.
- Quick preview shared within 7 working days after full payment.

Photo Selection & Printing
Clients must select their preferred photographs for printing.
Delays in providing selections may result in delivery delays.

Service Hours & Additional Charges
- Standard coverage is 5 hours per event.
- Additional hours: BDT 5,000/hour.
- Bashor coverage: BDT 8,000 (transportation by client).
- Outside Dhaka services: Additional 40% fee (excluding transport).

Client Responsibilities
Ensure proper lighting at key spots (seating areas, etc.).
Assign a family member to help photographers identify important guests.
Avoid asking photographers to use guests' phones. If required, an additional BDT 5,000 applies.
